We patched the game
Patch 1.0.0.0.1 or whatever is out now for the Windows version of MEAT SHIFT! Mac will be available in a few hours - I'll upload it as soon as I get confirmation from Ethan that the patch worked.
This patch features minor bug fixes and QoL improvements. Barring something major and game-breaking being found, it's also probably going to be the last patch for the game - we feel that we made a fun little scary story, and there's no need for us to spend too much time tweaking it post-launch.
Here's the list of actual changes, though.
-Improved lighting in the final tunnel section of the game
-Reduced time for the break room door to open in cycle 3
-Added red highlights to some objects that were interactable but that players had a hard time noticing (the dinner plate and phonograph box).
-Added a sick new gore texture for the pigs. This texture was actually done almost a week ago, but we didn't have time until now to update the pig models to display it correctly.
-Fixed a bug where the menu broke after completing the game.
-Doors now make sounds when opening / closing.
-Added a few pipes to the ceiling of one of the hallways, it was looking a little bare and we wanted to spruce the place up a little.
